The Town Council currently has a vacancy for a Responsible Financial Officer.

Part-time position at 25 hours per week

Spinal Column Point 28 to 30 (pro rata)

Blandford Forum Town Council has a vacancy for an enthusiastic and motivated Responsible Financial Officer who would like to be part of a small, friendly, hard-working and committed team of staff. The successful applicant will hold a book-keeping or accounting qualification equivalent to a minimum of AAT Level 3 and be fully conversant with Sage 50 (or equivalent). A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software is required, together with experience of running Sage Payroll. Experience of budgets and production of management reports, together with knowledge of local government accounting, would be an advantage.

Hours of Work:   9 am to 2 pm Monday to Friday (this is negotiable)

Closing Date:       10 am on Monday 27th June 2022
