Your privacy is important to the Town Council and we would like to communicate with you about the council and its activities. To do so we need your consent and would be most grateful if you could please complete your contact information below by 25th May 2018.
If we do not receive your information by then we will remove you from our databases and you will no longer receive information from the Town Council.

The Town Council records all its events, such as Remembrance Sunday and the Community Expo, by taking photographs. Some of which are included in our newsletters, on our website, or our social media accounts (for example our Facebook page, Instagram or Twitter) or in newspapers/magazines. Please contact the Town Council should you have any concerns about this.
Yes please, I would like to be contacted by the Town Council about news, events, meetings, clubs, groups, and activities in Blandford Forum. These communications may also sometimes appear on our website, or in printed or electronic form (including social media).

The information which you provide to this Council is necessary for the performance of a task in public interest or in an official authority to answer your queries and address your requests and failure to provide all of the information requested will impact on the service you receive. Your information will be used solely for the purpose of dealing with your request. A redacted version of your request may be published in the public domain as part of a Full Council or Committee agenda. The information will be retained as part of Town Council administrative records until there is no longer an administrative requirement, after which time it will be archived at the Dorset History Centre. You have the right to data portability, request access to, rectification or erasure of your data collected as part of this process.
