During this ceremony you will hear the retiring Mayor’s address in which they will share the highlights of their year.
Following this you will see the vote to elect the new Mayor and Deputy Mayor.
The ceremony will take place in the Corn Exchange, Market Place on Friday 15th May 2026.
Doors open at 10am and the ceremony starts at 10.30am.
